Our application, AI Suite by synsugar, uses Google API Services solely for user authentication. When you sign in to the AI Suite with your Google account, we receive basic profile information (such as your name and email address) to create and manage your user account.

Access: We only access the basic profile information you provide through Google's OAuth consent flow. We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Google Docs, or any other Google Workspace data.

Use: Your Google profile data is used exclusively to authenticate you and manage your AI Suite user account. We do not use your Google data for serving advertisements.

Storage: Your authentication data is stored securely on servers located within the European Union. We retain this data only for as long as your account is active.

Sharing: We do not share your Google user data with third parties, except as required by applicable law.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
