Communication (Microsoft 365)
We use Microsoft 365 for communication and documentation. This includes our services for email, video conferencing, document storage, calendar management and address book. Access: We only access the basic profile information you provide through Google's OAuth consent flow. We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Google Docs, or any other Google Workspace data.
Use: Your Google profile data is used exclusively to authenticate you and manage your AI Suite user account. We do not use your Google data for serving advertisements.
Storage: Your authentication data is stored securely on servers located within the European Union. We retain this data only for as long as your account is active.
Sharing: We do not share your Google user data with third parties, except as required by applicable law.
