Zero data policy — no training on your data
Your data is never used to train AI models. Through targeted agreements with all AI providers (zero data policy), we ensure your confidential business data remains protected — without compromise.
Authentication & Access Control
The AI Suite integrates directly with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and supports single sign-on (SSO). Roles and permissions can be assigned granularly for prompts, assistants and sheets — ensuring everyone has exactly the access they need.
AI Providers with EU Availability
We exclusively support AI providers that offer their services within the EU — including OpenAI, Mistral, Meta, Anthropic and DeepSeek. You choose the provider that fits your requirements. All model calls stay within the EU.
Regular Security Updates
The AI Suite is updated every 2–4 weeks — including security patches and new features. Thanks to zero-downtime deployment, this happens automatically in the background with no disruption to your team.
